Obama? Are you serious?

Ok, look at his empty words:

"We pay 200,000,000 dollars a day for all the troops and vehicles and logistics in Iraq. I plan to bring those troops home and use that money where it is needed to build schools and help kids go to college."

How many troops are in Iraq right now? A quick Google search will show you there are 260,000 troops in Iraq right now. Ok, we drop everything and bring home 260,000 people. How many of them have jobs outside the military? Let's say 2/3 of them are reserves and have a full time job. Ok, so that's roughly 80,000 people without a job outside the military. Do you think the government is going to keep them employed? I don't. So, take half of that, they keep half of them; that's 40,000 people coming back to the States WITHOUT A JOB. I hope they can teach in the new school Obama is building with the money....

Meanwhile, in Iraq

Iran takes over Iraq without the support of US and British troops. Since Iraq is the 3rd largest producer of oil, Iran now has that under their control. They sell Iraq's oil for $300 USD a barrel, and we pay it, because we need oil. Your gas prices go up to $10.00 a gallon. How do you like that? Oh it gets better. Oh great Obama has not only given Iran the land, but now US Oil Companies must buy oil from Iran. Iran makes money hand over fist. Gets the money it needs to become a world power. They already have Nuclear power, what's to keep them from building a bomb? The UN...oh wait, the UN isn't there, because we're not there.

So, yeh...let's [richard] around with Obama for 4 years.

that whole "hussein" card is too played out

he never said lets drop everything and run outta there, so he's not gonna choose one day and bring em all home..so yeah

they gotta get outta there sometime soon, so some of them arent gonna have jobs when they come home anyway..thats gonna happen whether we have him or Mccain in there

I'd rather bring em out than stay over there for "another 100 years" like mccain said

and yes when it comes down to it, its mostly Bush's fault

Do you actually believe Obama will pull the troops??? HAHAHA, if you do, then you all are dumber than I thought. It does not matter who is in the office, our troops will NOT be home within 4 years. You see, oil and war is big money for the U.S. Do you think we are going to up and abandon that? This war is not for oil, its for global dominance by America.

I know it's a doomsday scenario, but even a blind man could see that pulling out of Iraq would be a mistake. I have friends and family in Iraq who know they're there for the right reasons. I trust how they feel a lot more than how some White Collar Politician feels about it.

We are not over there for the right reasons IMO Along with about a good 90% there and dont want to be there, who would much rather be home with their families instead of fighting "Bush's War"
